We have a free car park on site with ample parking.

Please come to the front entrance host station where a member of the team will greet and seat you.

All bookings are required to submit card details to secure a table.

Bookings are spread across the different areas/levels of the restaurant. If you have mobility issues, please let us know so we can arrange for a ground floor table. Please note that we can not guarantee specific table requests.

We do not allow outside cakes or drinks to be consumed on site. This includes birthday/celebration cakes

Once you have submitted a preorder, all dishes will be charged for.

An automated link is sent via email. This can be forwarded to guests to enter their name and choices.Once all guests have subitted their preorders, please ensure 'complete' is selected.

Please ensure all food allergies and dietary requirements are noted next to each guest.

Cancellations - We require 24 hours notice of any booking amendments or cancellations, after which time it will be considered a late cancellation.

For tables booked exclusively in our private areas with a hire fee/minimum spend the cancellation notice period required is 96 hours.

Any cancellation/no show charges will be applied to the card held against the booking.

Please make us aware of dietary/allergen information when placing your order with your server.

Dress code - Smart/Casual.

Live Music - We host live music (Mid.Week.Music) throughout the year on Thursday and Friday evenings and occasionally Sunday evenings. (Sunday Sessions)

Dogs - We allow well behaved dogs to sit under the tables on our Lakeside view tables (outside) only. These table are on a first come first come basis.
