All bookings are required to submit card details to secure a table.
Bookings are spread across the different areas/levels of the restaurant. If you have mobility issues, please let us know so we can arrange for a ground floor table.
Please note: we cannot guarantee specific table requests.
The maximum table on the main restaurant floor is 10 guests (including children).
We can arrange for a private area (The Snug or The Mezzanine), which is subject to a minimum spend requirement and a specific menu offering.
Groups of 6 or more are subject to an optional 12.5% service charge.
We require 24 hours’ notice of any booking amendments or cancellations, after which time it will be considered a late cancellation.
For tables booked exclusively in our private areas with a hire fee/minimum spend, the cancellation notice period required is 72 hours.
We reserve the right to charge a £10pp fee for any late cancellations.
(Late cancellations made via the automated system are still subject to late cancellation fees.)
No-shows will be charged at £20pp.
Special event/dates T&Cs supersede standard T&Cs where applicable.
Any cancellation or no-show charges will be applied to the card held against the booking.
We do not allow outside cakes or drinks to be consumed on site.
Please make us aware of dietary or allergen information when placing your order.
Dress code: Smart/Casual.
Live Music: We host live music throughout the year:
Thursdays (Mid Week Music)
Occasional Friday evenings
Sundays (Sunday Sessions) in the afternoon or evening
Dogs: We allow well-behaved dogs to sit under the tables on our Lakeside View tables (outside only). Dogs must remain on a lead.
