Please use postcode MK5 8AA if using a satnav. The entrance to Furzton Lake is off of the V4 Watling street, opposite Roni’s car wash. We have a free car park on site with ample parking.
Please come to the front entrance host station where a member of the team will greet and seat you. Please call the restaurant if you are running late. We are able to hold a booking for 15 minutes, however after this time, we may have to give the table away. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate you if you are more than 15 minutes late.
All bookings are required to submit card details to secure a table. Your booking is not confirmed until you have received a ‘booking confirmation’ email. Bookings are spread across the different areas of the restaurant. If you would like a specific area, please call the restaurant and we will try to accommodate where possible. Tables of 6 or more are subject to an optional 12.5% service charge. Tables above 8 are required to submit a food pre-order from the seasonal menu 3 days ahead of the event, and are subject to a minimum spend.
Large bookings, VIP/Private hire areas are required to pay a non-refundable £10pp deposit to confirm the booking. Tables of 20+ are required to pre-order from a restrictive seasonal menu or Buffet menu 1 week ahead of the event. (This choice depends on the area being booked out.) We aim to plate pre-ordered food within 15 minutes from the booking time.
Please ensure all guests are on time. We are unable to extend booking finish times due to late arrivals. We require 48 hours notice of any booking amendments or cancellations, after which time it will be considered a late cancellation. We reserve the right to charge a £10pp fee for any late cancellations.
*Special event/dates T&Cs supersede standard T&Cs where applicable. (Late cancellations made via the automated system are still subject to the late cancellation fees.) We do not allow outside cakes or drinks to be consumed on site. Special occasions – We can arrange for flowers, balloons and cakes for your special event. Please contact us via email to arrange a quotation. Please make us aware of dietary/allergen information when placing your order.
Dress code – Smart/Casual. Please replace walking boots if soiled. Live Music – We will host live music throughout the year on a Friday/Saturday/Sunday.
Dogs – We allow well behaved dogs to sit on the Lake view side of the restaurant. We do not allow dogs on the terrace or in teepee.
